Is your orthodontist aware that you have OSA? Did he consider using palate expanders or jaw wideners? Did he extract any teeth?

No, that was not something I discussed with him. Perhaps it is a good idea to bring this up next time I meet him.

From what I've heard about Maxillomandibular Advancement MMA, is when it works it can be moderately helpful all the way up to wonderful. That said, when the procedure fails, which is a possibility tho infrequent, it can saddle you with way more problems than your original condition before MMA. In other words, you want the best and most experienced doctors you can find - should you go that route. At least with CPAP you won't find yourself in those circumstances since it's non-invasive. Please report back and tell us what you learn/decide.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
