Well, you are getting a low AHI and low leak rate - good! How do you judge your sleep quality and quantity? How do you feel the next day? Any excess sleepiness?jasont wrote:Here are the past four days
Many of us are uncomfortable with a minimum pressure below 6.0 or 7.0. Raising yours to 7.0 might also reduce the number of events you are having. It would also decrease the range of pressure changes. Your pressure approaches 12.0 at times. You do spend a good bit of time at 5.0, but I question whether you are sleeping at those times. You could try 7.0 minimum pressure for a night or two and judge the results the next day.
The EPR setting lowers the pressure on exhale for people who feel like they are having trouble exhaling. On the other hand, the changing of pressure on each breath disturbs some people. You could experiment with turning EPR off. I would do this as a second step after you have settled on a minimum pressure. It's best to change only one variable at a time when you are doing relatively well.
If you post more chart, it will make them easier to read if you only show these data lines:
1. Event Flags
2. Flow Rate
3. Pressure (not mask pressure)
4. Leak
Your CPAP therapy appears to be starting off very well.
