How to print out my compliance report

so frustrated .... no one told me about getting a compliance report for insurance purposes etc.
my doctor's office doesn't even know how to help me.
i've called the sleep company and all they did was take my name and number to have someone return my call ---- no return call.
i'm having to research on my own to figure out how to get a compliance report.
is there a FREE software to download? please help.

I am using a ResMed AirSense 10 Auto

I agree...It's definitely the DME's responsibility...they sold you the machine, it's their responsibility to see that you use it.

If your machine is reporting to the MyAir site, the DME can access the information and verify compliance. If you go to the site, and you see reports where your machine ran the night before, it is reporting. The first machine I had would not transmit data. The DME called me at about the one month point to see why I wasn't using it. Once I got a new machine, I haven't gotten any calls from them.
