Hey Cudos, sorry for the late reply but as a person who, like you had a lot of initial trouble, I wanted to give you some simple reassurances about the process. If there is one common theme about this forum it is this, any OSA therapy will require a lot of adjustment. But you will find that with time your experience will improve and your life will become normal. This is kind of the central theme, you feel at the beginning a sense of how abnormal and unusual the therapy can be, there are tips and tricks sure, and gadgets and covers and yes they can help, but what you have to get through is that initial phase where it feels so abnormal that your mind can't get over it. I assure you, it can and will. Lots of great people on this board will give every opinion they have, and I recommend listening to them all. I have none to give personally except this, keeping coming back and contributing to this board and someday, like me, you can dispense some wisdom to someone in the exact same position as you.

We all had that day when we first put on the mask.

Cheers,
Petrodon
