Great night last night!

I checked sleepyhead this morning and I had a 0.0 AHI with a little over 8 hours of sleep. No major leaks. I am amazed and very happy! My numbers are consistently under 1 but a 0.0 blew me away. Anyone else seen this for themselves recently? Or maybe some of you see it a lot. Just wanted to share!

Congratulations! The first time is a thrill.. Now that my therapy is optimized it happens several times a month.

Thank you! This was the first time I have seen it for me without some leaking. It was nice. Very nice.

Congratulations! Over time, you'll probably see more and more of them.
This month I've had 5 nights of 0.0 and 5 nights of 0.1 and the rest were all under 0.6 and my average this month is 0.2.
But, I've been at this for a considerable time and have watched my monthly averages go from about 1.0 downward.
And, for all intents and purposes, it's how you feel more than the numbers themselves.
