looks like a gallon jug with some powder at the bottom called GaviLyte-N with a delicious lemon flavor pack. PEG-3350, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and potassium chloride for Oral Solution. No turkey baster, so that's a plus.
I have Cigna but of course they have different plans. Thru the ACA as long as a colonoscopy is considered screening it is free but if they find a polyp and remove it then it is no longer considered screening. I do believe you will save money by doing them together though as long as your doctor is willing. Some doctors won't do it that way but I have always insisted because I refuse to pay more than I have to.
Good luck with the clean out, that doesn't sound like too much fun but all doctors use a different "poison"! I remember the "turkey baster" days. Remember no red jello or red drinks on prep day. I think last time they said grape too.

But with sedation during, so i will remind them about the cpap usage. Was thinking of doing an endoscopy at the same time, but it doesn't sound like doing both at the same time will save money unless i get the right billing code from the doctor. Of course what hurts is where the gall bladder used to be and i guess that's an MRI or something else for another day.
Check with them before because it was a waste that I brought my cpap to the one I had with full sedation. I asked them and they said that I would be intubated (ie, have a tube down my throat) after I was asleep so the cpap would not be used during the procedure but I was welcome to use it during the recovery. But my recovery experience was that they were in a hurry to get me up and out of the bed afterwards anyway.
During the painful procedure that I had had years ago, they did have me use the CPAP during it. So, to me, that's a clue that full sedation is not being used.

For a cheap, low-tech approach you can use something like these inexpensive spray bottles from amazon designed especially for the purpose:

There are four spray holes in the top of the locking cap and the plastic bottles can be filled with water at the temperature of your choice.
