Because apnea damages the entire airway, even if you identify a primary site of collapse and fix it, secondary and tertiary sites can begin to collapse afterwards. So any surgery is a roll of the dice.
Either way, I need the money now and not the machine. So i'll figure out getting a machine down the road.
