downloading sleepyhead problems

just found our old laptop computer and it still works. ive downloADED it but having major problems and dont seem to be able to open the programme. i did something with a zip file that it told me to but now totally lost what to do

just worked it out, i had to find the broken file on windows. now i can see all the data on my screen on sleepy head how do i send this info to this forum so i can get help? thanks guys

Use the "print screen " function to create a jpg.

Then upload to to a file sharing system like photobucket and use the "Img" button to generate the code and put your link to the image in it.
