Hello all good people just had my second night of sleep study. Where they put the machine on me with nose plug. My result from my first test was a mild case of 6. So is that good or bad, because I'm new and I have not been sleeping good for a while and feeling tired. So the pressures that was uses was a 4. so do you think I will have to weight to see good results.

Strange enough from the reading of my last night sleep. It went down to about 3.
And that's the first time i am using Climateline Hose with humidifier. Does that really affect the AHI too?
Ramp is not needed once you get use to the pressure. Last night did look better. Humidity can affect AHI, if it causes your nose to open (good) or it to close (bad). So the question is how did the humidity affect you and your breathing. I see you have EPR at 3. If you keep having high CA's you might try turning it down to 2.

Well Miler316 it's good to have you here but you need to start a new thread to get your questions answered.
