i tried to dowmload and then upload my sd card for data on both the phillips dreammapper and sleapyhead and no luck

the dreamstation isn't supported by sleepyhead yet, unless you compile one of the development versions.

if you want to upload the data to dropbox and share the link, I could run it through a dev version and take a look at it for you.

You have chosen DreamStation CPAP if that is correct Respironics reports it only has:
Daily Progress Feedback displays a simple trend of patients’ nightly use to help track progress on the path to adherence. Basic AHI/Leak reporting.
Modes Fixed CPAP, Flex Comfort C-Flex, Advanced Event Detection N/A, Flow Waveforms N/A
Are you sure it is the CPAP model and not the AUTO CPAP model?

That number doesn't look like a REF# or model#. Do you see DSX200 or 500 number on the bottom?
