Need an ENT/Sleep Medicine Doctor rec's in Portland, OR area

Hi! I'm new to the forum but certainly not new to Apnea. I've had two turbinate ablations, uvulectomy/adenoidectomy. My nose is now alot clearer, passable with Autopap, but my throat now seems to be a real problem with drying out and such. My average pressure is 12.3 or so according to the software printout.

I have adjusted the humidifier in every possible way. Too high and water actually gets all the way in my nose (drips after it condenses on the hose, yes I have a sleeve for the hose.) Too low and I dry out. I use a chin strap.

I just moved here from Florida and had excellent care out there and an excellent ENT. I now find myself in Portland area and looking for good sleep medicine and ENT.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, or should I just do the best I can with the healthgrades reviews and such?

are you using the climateline heated hose there in wet soggy portland??

I am not using heated tubing. Would the heated tubing help the water evaporate and not collect in the hose (and then drip directly into my nose?)

I am willing to buy one immediately as long as it's compatible with my autopap!

When you plug it in it will go to auto humidity settings and these are fine for many people. If you find you need to change the settings you have the choice to set it to manual and control the humidity level and tubing temperature separately. If you don't have the clinical manual. Now to find a Sleep Medicine provider in Portland. Seems like there are alot, just have no idea about reputations.
