When I get new supplies, should I keep the old things like the water tank or some of the tubing?

replacement rates for things like water tanks and hoses are often horribly inflated by the DMEs because they want to sell you more stuff.

if there's nothing wrong with a hose, or a water tank, or a mask, then there's no reason to replace them.

that said, it's always good practice to have a spare or two around.
