That is IF you want an answer to your sleep problem rather than blind agreement from us that you have apnea.
I don't need anyone on here to tell me if I do or don't have apnea. That's irrelevant. I'm trying different treatments to check them off the list. Tried antibiotics, steroids, Valium, vestibular rehab (proven test scores show vestibular system is equal again), probiotics for GI distress that I've had for almost all my life (has helped a lot), and now it's sleep, because I have never been tested for bad sleep. So of course I want an answer for my issues. Do I want sleep apnea, no way. As I've said before, my dad has been on machines for 25 years and it looks like a pain in the ass. I don't want sleep apnea. But I have to do my due diligence to rule it out. And for me to do that, I have to get effective therapy.

Thanks to everyone who is helping. If you don't like my threads, don't want to add anything constructive, or don't like me, please feel free to not read or add to them.

Take it easy, I am trying to help... but I just find it difficult to hear that you won't even look at a strong possibility (silent GERD) that does wake many people without their realizing it... and experimenting with small fixes seems a lot simpler than the tech stuff you've been pursuing (after being told by some very knowledgable people that you really don't seem to have apnea). Even if you have apnea, it won't change having reflux, but could be greatly improved by getting rid of it. What have you got to lose?

Relax. Many people here have found their own hammer and to them every thing is the nail that needs to be hit by that hammer. Some are a little myopic about it.
