Has anyone experienced shakes inside after a night of CPAP use?

Not from using Cpap, but if you were very anxious about using it, or if somehow your pressures were set way too high by mistake, I suppose you could have the shakes... I hope you're not talking about cardiac atrial fibrillation... which can be a sign of OSA, but it would be highly unlikely to show up on Cpap. It's supposed to make you feel better, and 'side effects' are unlikely as all that happens is that plain old room air is directed to your airway to help hold it open just a very little bit further than it would be without Cpap. There's nothing to have side effects from.

Is this your first night of use. Your muscles may feel different but shaking inside not usually. Are you diabetic? That is what low blood sugar can feel like sometimes. After I started CPAP I had to have my oral medication decreased because I had periods of low blood sugar. Along with weakness I felt like I was shaking inside.

Sometimes I feel that when I lose my temper, like total meltdown!

I haven't experienced that. Was this after the first night of use? How long have you been on the machine? Might be that your pressure is too high. If this has been constant and continues, my suggestion is to see your doctor.
