Ok. You can just reread the instructions later for next time. As far as your original question reguarding the flow limitationa being affected by leaks. Both Pugsy and PaleRider commented on that. And Pugsy stated if it was going to affect them the leak rate would need to be pretty high. Your leak rate is only over the redline 0.147% of the time so they probably are not affecting your flow limitations. But the leaks can affect your sleep so are you using a liner? Like http://padacheek.com/ or you can make one of your own out of an old Tee shirt.

It is possible that leaks are causing arousals. I have not used a mask liner, only one of those gel things you put on your nose bridge to avoid irritation. I will try a mask liner.

Yes leaks can cause arousals both from the mask seal leaks and mouth leaks. You may not remember them but they can disturb your sleep. Do you note any mouth breathing or just feel it around the mask? The liner might help with mask seal but if it is mouth breathing you might have to look at other solutions, such as a FF mask, chin strap, soft cervical collar, or taping.

I do mouth breath sometimes. I think that's where the leaks might be coming from. My mask usually has a pretty good seal. I have a chin strap but I forgot if I wore it the night of the data I posted. I should be wearing it every night. I often wake up with a burning sensation in my nose and dry throat which I think is a sign of mouth breathing.
