I do it in the morning and again just before I put on my mask at night. Been working great. Don't have to go with brand name Walgreen's has store brand that is a little cheaper.
Thanks Marigail, I got sidetracked on doing that so I greatly appreciate your reminder. Now I need a little cooperation from the weather.

I know what you mean! I take 2 nasal sprays and an allergy pill and it STILL takes about 30-45 minutes with my machine set to a humidity level of 5 to open up my nose (75% of the time it's closed off). My ENT told me (after me telling him i believe i have sleep apnea) to see a sleep specialist, who got me on the right path (diagnosed with severe Complex Sleep Apnea with an AHI of something in the 70s or 80s, can't remember right now.) However I was told by my sleep specialist that nothing could be done to solve my nasal issues and that I would be using a BiPAP machine the rest of my life. That wasn't even referring to my Central Sleep Apnea...that was the OSA he was talking about. That being said, my BiPAP Auto SV machine is a godsend, and I actually look forward to putting on my mask every night. It's a moment of peace for me. It's the point where I can breathe and relax. I wish you luck! Get well!

Edit: (Oh, P.S. I'm only 33 years old. I don't know how old you are, but posting this as a reminder that Sleep Apnea has no limitations when it comes to age, weight, or sex)
