fault 66 on Z1 auto

fault 66 on Z1 auto

I have a message on the Z1 screen this morning : fault 66. If i presse the center button for few seconds a 8.0 appear.
The machine doesn't work anymore.
Anyone can help me?

1-855-436-8729 Where to call for help... got that from a Google search of the machine manual, but 66 wasn't listed (diff. model yr?) tho' others were.

Mondray where are you located? If you registered and filled out your profile, someone might be able to provide a backup machine

I am in Sutton quebec Canada.
I will have to go back in Montreal. I have a Resmed there.
But the would be an indication of what to do with this error message.

If you were doing the firmware update......this was in the instructions for the update:

"The upgrade will take 1 minute and in the process you may see “Fault 66” on the Z1 screen. Ignore this message as it will clear when you power cycle after the upgrade is complete."

I got the "Fault 66" during the upgrade and it cleared as stated.
