Congestion and humidity - a simple poll

I still have nasal congestion and can only breath through my mouth which gets very, very dry. I can't get past the 2 or 3 for humidity on a Philips Respironics System One, as the warm air bothers me.

How does one solve the dilema of needing more humidity without feeling like you are breathing hot air coming out of an oven?

Heated hose...that way you have much more control over the hose air temp along with the humidity being independent and not tied to the air temp so much.
In the winter I like the warmer air because my bedroom is really cold during the cold season...
In the summer that same warmer hose air temp doesn't feel so great so I turn the hose air temp way down in the summer.

It all starts with your ambient room temp though...no matter what hose you use.

First, I do like the topic. It's quite important.

Second, and in Englandsf's defense, polls can be difficult to construct.
