Re: Poll On Changes In Energy/Well Being After CPAP
I have been on cpap for 12+ years now and I have not had any change in energy levels or well being. My numbers are excellent! I sleep for just under 7 hours every night. I check them daily with Sleepyhead. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea (63 event per).
I am not typical, I don't think. I believe that my energy levels and well being have more to do with the fact that I have had severe Rheumatoid and now severe Osteoarthritis for over 25 years now. The conditions and the meds I take to function with these conditions, just deplete my energy levels and make me not feel great.
I have never missed a night (or a nap) with my cpap since I started so, in spite of my situation, I know that my cpap is doing me a lot of good. I have a nurse come to my home every week to give me a shot and she does my vitals (oxygen levels, blood pressure, etc.) My oxygen levels are ALWAYS 97% plus. My blood pressure is ALWAYS about perfect. I have no heart problems. I attribute this to cpap use.
By the way, I am 76 years old.

Re: Poll On Changes In Energy/Well Being After CPAP
Thanks for the survey data! I frankly have not felt any increase in energy since I began using a CPAP; I have been doing so for three years. Now I wonder if that has been hyped to people.Heart Jumping wrote:The poll title says it all. To clarify, I'm not expecting that one day people just wake up and feel full of energy for 16 hours, well, at least not most people. I'm asking how long it took before you started noticing changes in your energy or well being, which I might expect could progress over a period of time.
Thanks!

It took me two weeks before I noticed I was better. However, my experience is not a "success story", unless success is defined as still tired everyday, brain fog, struggling to get through the day, things like that.Heart Jumping wrote:The poll title says it all. I won't part with my Confederate Currency, I like my Flags. At the rate things are going in a few years, it will be worth more than Federal Dollars. JimChicagoGranny wrote:Yes, Bitcoin cheerfully accepted anytime.
