CMS50D+ driver for windows 7

Can not get the computer to recognize the oximeter. Any suggestions? I use Sleepyhead with no problem but it will not run the oximeter. Need new driver? Where is it

The driver is installed from the software program.

Are you using the correct cable, for some units only the cable that comes with the unit works, they look the same but arent.
