Are you using the humidifier, and at what setting? Do you have a heated hose? What machine and mask are you using?
Re: Cpap causes nose/troath problems
The lowest the CPAP will go is pressure of 4. Why not let us know what machine you are using and what mask. Knowing your pressure settings will also help. If the CPAP was hissing , you have a leak in the mask or hose. Sounds like you have a cold....I don't think its the CPAP.JaphetAnciado wrote:Ok, last night my sleep went bad.. i woke up with my cpap hissing air and my troath full of saliva and my nose been so cold.. i inspect my cpap what went wrong and i saw its below 1 pressure [img][img][/img][/img].. now i dont know how to sleep with it since my nose is so cold and clogged with mucus and i have a dry cough.. should i use this cpap tonight again or not for now? thanks
