Need Some Advice Please

Thanks to Pugsy as I got the Encore Pro 2 software downloaded and installed today and my SD card data uploaded.

To my inexperienced eye the Sleepyhead software certainly looks to provide more useful graphs and data but with a DreamStation the Encore is the only present option.

Going to sleep better but still waking up during the night and finding it very difficult to get back to sleep.

It is unusual that I can barely discern the change in pressures between inhale and exhale and there is virtually no noise I hear, very unlike 2 weeks ago.

Haven't yet tried a sleep aid but thinking I will try one to see what results.

I plan on making one recommended minor pressure setting change tonight or tomorrow, moving minimum EPAP from 13.0 to 14.0

I go through a full container of water each night but that appears to be fairly normal.

Read the most recent Consumers Report issue on Sleep but nothing much new.

Started the twice daily Efudex treatment on the top of my head so the next 3 weeks will be painful as the cream starts to burn the bad AK cells. I have previously done both arms and it is a very unpleasant experience but needs to be done so have to bear with it.

I am feeling more positive about the Auto BiPAP therapy and my mind is not racing like it was weeks ago.
