What specific symptoms are you having?
What machine are you using?
What pressures are you using?
Are you using a humidifier and if so at what setting?
Using a heated hose?...if so at what setting?

Impossible to offer any constructive ideas without having more information from you

First thought about the sinus infection though...possibly related to humidity..either not enough or too much because either will give someone symptoms of a sinus infection (nasal congestion, drainage, pressure, etc)...unless of course you are having yellow/green/brown drainage and that's a real infection and unrelated to cpap usage.

Type the phrases below exactly into your internet browser's search window, (not the address window) - use for instance: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome etc. You can search with Google, Duckduckgo or whatever search engine you like. It's a super intense search method. Some examples to try:

site:cpaptalk.com eustachian tubes
site:cpaptalk.com Cpap earaches
site:cpaptalk.com ear pressure in morning

Just cut and paste these in for starters.
I got so many hits I couldn't be bothered to count them all. You get the picture.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.
