Machine not measuring compliance properly

Recently I've noticed that my machine (APAP) resets the clock when I get up to pee at 5:00 a.m. or so, then return to bed until 7:00, my data for the night says that I've only used the machine for 2 hours and it's counted as a non-compliant day. I'm pretty sure it has not always done this. I've been 100% compliant since starting therapy and my number of non-compliant days continues to grow.

Anyone else have this problem?

I think it is just showing the most recent session but if you ran the software report it would show cumulative total.
Which machine? The Devilbiss you are showing in your profile or another brand?

Yep, it's the DeVilbiss. I'm going to download data to the card today and see what's up. I've had some other issues recently too, like increased AHIs in the week following a colonoscopy (twilight sedation). At least I think that's the cause. I downloaded SleepyHead and will look at my data there.

I am not exactly sure how the Devilbiss ends up showing only the most recent session but with the other brands it depends on how long the machine is off before it sort of resets and shows only the most recent session. I suspect that is what has happened with your machine...you got up to pee and turned the machine off and after whatever time has passed the machine closed out that session because it decided you weren't coming back...and then you did come back so it started a new session and that's what shows up on the LCD screen.

At any rate I am betting that the software will show the hours of use correctly and it isn't a real issue.
