From the looks of the adapter I think that the larger end would slide over the connector at the mask end and the smaller end would slide into the long hose.
I think I have one of these adapters somewhere in my stash. Give me a little bit and I will see if I can find it and see how it works on the DreamWear

Yes...I do have one and it will fit.
In fact it was still totally sealed (2 seals...ziploc and sealed baggy and I had to tear the top off the baggy to get to the ziploc) so never used but I did open it up and checked to make sure it would fit on the DreamWear and my ClimateLine hose and it fits just fine. It will fit any mask and any hose.
If you want it I would be happy to send it to you.
