The time change will mess up one or two nights of reports...it always seems to for me no matter which machine or software. A gap in the spring change and overlapping hour in the fall.

For the S9 machines...if you want to change the clock do it either before bedtime tonight or after 3 PM tomorrow. Don't try to do it before 12 Noon per the machine clock.
ResMed machines won't let you go back if there is data within that 24 hour period...
and if you took a nap today with the machine after 12 Noon today...don't try to change it tonight ...wait until after at least 1 PM tomorrow. Or do like I do and just leave it alone and it's right half the year and I don't have the hassle.

When I got mine, the DME asked which way I wanted it, and I told them to split the difference.
So now it's only a half hour off--all year long.
I had to let then do something, so they wouldn't feel useless.

How do you change the time on a PR System One REMStar 60 Series Auto? Can't find info to do that.

You can't. The clock is internal and runs off of a little battery and we can't get to it.

The internal clocks are set to GMT at the factory. The reporting software (Encore Pro/Viewer/Basic/Sleepyhead) converts the time to your timezone in your computer. So, presumably, you don't need to change it.

No need, I can afford to buy a clock, in fact I bought two atomic clocks, they adjust themselves every day, they are smart, but I can't get them to blow air into a hose. I need my XPAP for that. Jim
