I saw it. I believe it/you said you had lots of questions........but nothing specific was asked, so I'm guessing that someone deleted it, thinking it was spam or something, since it wasn't posted by a registered forum member.
It wasn't me who deleted it.

But, if you have questions........ask away.

Thank you for explaining that to me. I guess i am new to this and was not sure how it worked. I have anxiety issues and had a hard time using my cpap at first we did change to a nasal mask that has helped quite a bit. I do sometimes get anxious when i put the mask on at first. I usually can get over it. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. during my sleep study i quit breathing 114.5 times an hour. and never entered rem sleep. I am scared . I have noticed when i don,t use the cpap i am miserable the next day.

Practice using your machine while awake, to get used to it. T.V. ect.
Don't enable the ramp setting, it interferes with treatment and can be set too low a pressure. It's a matter of making friends with your machine, mind over matter. Jim
Use data to optimize your xPAP treatment!

You might fill in your profile with all of your equipment and the settings.
If you're using a higher humidifier setting, the warm, moist air may contribute to claustrophobia if that's a problem. Also, a pressure too low (like a low, long Ramp setting) may also contribute to it, too.
