New Dream machine doesn't reset days

My 1st post here.i am a new guy to sleep apnea,I have it and was given the new dream machine to use. Everything was going good but now the days don't reset,so I wake up and it's says like 2.5,go to sleep the next day it will show the previous day,that said 2.5 is now at 6hr,and shows me at 2.5 again. I tried to unplug it to see if that would help.it didn't..I'm also on my trial use and wondering if anyone else has seen this problem. I'm also on a boat at sea so it's not like I can just bring it in to be looked at.

Does your boat have Wi-Fi? It is probably looking for a Wi-Fi connection so that it can sync.

Sometimes this happens if the clock is set so noon is at midnight.
It generally evens out, but be careful about resetting the clock.
On some machines, it erases patient records; and others may not allow it at all.
