Scared.
Re: Scared.
I never thought I would be able to stop smoking. Seven years ago my wife went to the hospital with COPD. 2 nights before she had to go to the hospital we had diner at my brother in law's restaurant and my sister was using Electronic Cigarettes. I asked the Pulmonologist about E-cigs and he said yes without hesitation, so my sister sent us a start up gift to start. The first time I tried it was the last time I smoked a cigarette. I started using the E-gig and used it for two years. I ended up stopping the E-cig with even less problems than I had changing to them, and it was easy when I changed to them. My wife still uses her E-cig, it's close to totally healthy using them. There's a lot to learn when you start using them, but it will save your life. I was a moderator on the largest E-cigarette forum helping others, I figured I owed it to other smokers. There were even people that tried them just because they could use them in their office and without intending to quit smoking and ended up not smoking cigarettes. I don't want to violate any rules on this forum, but if you PM me I will point you in the right direction. I smoked Camel filters for over 35 years so I know if I can anybody can. It's easier than falling off a log, trust me.

This! Go to your local vape shop! Find a good one. I did, and haven't touched a cigarette in a year now. I'm reducing my nicotine content slowly as I go along. Soon I will be down to 0% nicotine. It's been a hell of a lot easier this way than cold turkey.
I feel so much better now that I am vaping also. Buy a decent setup from the get go. You'll be more successful at sticking with it with good equipment. The cheap starter kits suck.
