However, not new to therapy. I'm having a difficult time and thought it might be helpful to read about others, both doing well and not so well. I've been trying to absorb the information I see here - so much that I didn't know. My goodness! I heard of Sleepyhead from my neighbor so now I have it but really don't understand what I'm looking at. I have been bookmarking the threads about SH but don't find it easy to understand. I ordered the Dream ? mask that just came out and should get it this week. Maybe it will finally be a mask I can sleep with. My pressures aren't too high (7/11/ ps 3) so from reading I think it should be okay. Comfort wise, we''ll see. After a year I still pull the S FX off during the night. Doctor said pressures are fine so don't know why I do that and ahi is between 2 and 3. Thanks for reading.

You can post the out put from sleephead and people will tell you what it means. You need to upload the images (usually just screen shots) to a place like photobucket and then link to them.
