This was just a 5-6 page photo-copy which basically told you how to enter the Setup mode. It really didn't contain much information at all that I'd be willing to spend $15 bucks on.
What Snoredog says has been my experience too. What we often call a "clinician's manual" when talking about Respironics machines is just a booklet of a few pages called HomeCare Provider Setup Instructions. It's never been a
manual in the sense of explaining the whys and wherefores of how to best set up a machine for individuals depending on whether they do "this" or "that". It's just a cut and dried little booklet of which buttons to push to get to the various settings. As Snoredog said, nothing you'd want to pay money for if there is a card or anything in the box that tells how to get into the clinical menu...."setup instructions", in other words.
Maybe, in addition to making the machine smaller, Respironics is making the setup instructions thingy smaller, too?! LOL!!

After 3 nights of use, I am loving this new m series auto!
Here are a few of my reasons;
1. It is quieter than my Spirit (not that the noise ever bothered me.)
2. I love that the hose routes from the back of the machine! ( My Spirit routes the hose from the front and is always a waste of hose length as I had to bring the hose back toward the bedpost in order to anchor it with a scrunchie anyway!
3. The tank is easier to fill and replace than the Spirit.
4. I LOVE the cflex effect! Never really thought that I needed this feature but I opted to turn it on 1 just to see what it is like. Soooo smooth on the exhale!
5. I will be able to take this smaller unit with me now as it is so much less bulk to carry on than my Spirit gear.
6. It's smaller footprint leaves me more room on my nightstand!
No question about it, this machine is worth every out-of-pocket penny!
(Makes eating cereal for a month a fair trade off!)
