If you use the Oracle oral mask, and learn to use it without nose plugs, it will not put pressure in your ears because your nose is "open."

Unfortunately, the Oracle is uncomfortable to some due to it drying out your mouth and throat, and the sensation of not breathing through your nose is uncomfortable to some.
