high IPAP max, high EPAP on ASV?

I've been trying the wide open 25cm ipap max with epap 6-13, ps min 2.5, max 19 and I feel ok today with some clarity and reduction of brain fog and a fit life mask. so it is true that the high ipap does treat centrals and the high epap treats OSA events? I was originally titrated on 18/14 on bipap so I wasn't sure if the high pressures might mess up my sleep architecture
I do feel a bit more rested on my amara I think which tore. I still am on this awful klonopin which I discovered is a bad drug.
