We call it aerophagia. It's quite common. Some people have it worse than others.
You can search the forum for it and read about the various things people have tried.
There's also some general information here
wiki/index.php/Aerophagia

What machine are you using and what settings in terms of pressure and any exhale relief. Sometimes the symptoms can be lessened with just a little tweaking of the settings.

I am using a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset with a pressure setting of 15

Are you using EPR exhale relief? If so at what setting? If not, you might turn it on and use it and see if it helps.
Do you know about EPR? It's explained here and now to get to it if you don't know.
https://sleep.tnet.com/home/files/resme ... -guide.pdf
Using EPR lowers the pressure upon exhale and sometimes it can greatly reduce the aerophagia symptoms.
You need to get the software available to monitor your therapy because sometimes using EPR will cause the AHI to increase...but it doesn't always.
SleepyHead will work with your machine just fine.

I installed the sleepyhead software last night after reading about it here... i was really impressed with my numbers... from 109 events per hour during sleep study to average of 4 events per hour and AHI of 58 to 2.2 now

on the EPR i think i saw something like that on the software. don't actually remember the setting though....
