You do it yourself in about 10 seconds. If you have a CPAP that shows data you will know when you need a change...you won't need your doctor.

All my insurance would initially pay for was a home sleep study and I am getting an APAP. Now the insurance has to spring for a full sleep study however I am supposed to go with my CPAP. Then they will determine where they can set the pressure for most comfort and therapy. This is all new to me and I'm hoping I can acclimate to all this without too much problem.

Yeah, I'm a little confused, too. Especially about the insurance HAVING to spring for a full sleep study.
With a data-capable machine and software you can easily figure out how to set your own pressure for most comfort and OPTIMAL therapy.

And, if you already had an at-home sleep study, I would think that they would have had an idea of what pressures to use if they had you hooked to a CPAP when they did the at-home test.
