different c pap machines

I was just watching a video on this site and it talked about a difference in men and women's breathing. The site talked about having a different machine for women. Has anyone used this and did it help if you did change to it. Thanks.

My latest machine is one with a setting for ladies.
It is more comfy, but I was good anyhow.
