Killing it, just killing it!

Post by chronic » Wed Sep 23, 2015 6:11 pm

That is what my sleep dr. said to me regarding my sleep apnea. He was very pleased. I get along great with my cpap. My ahi has been 0.3 to 0.5. I mostly just posted this to see if my new avatar showed up with my now deceased best friend.

Great news, chronic!

(again, not about the dead dog, but about the therapy)

Go figure - I can walk while chewing gum but apparently I can't quite grasp breathing while sleeping.
