Help Climateline air control and Airsense 10

Dear All,

I am in Australia and just bought the Resmed Airsense 10 machine from overseas. Half the price than in Australia.I have the climate line air hose but the machine only gives me the option of recognising the slimline hose or the standard hose. Does anyone know how I can change this so I can set up the climate line hose.

I believe you have to have the climate line hose plugged in then it should recognize it. That's how my A10 works anyways.

Yes you have to have the hose plugged in and the machine knows that it is the Climateline and there is only one size. Here is a link to the clinical manual. https://sleep.tnet.com/home/files/resme ... -guide.pdf

Its working now I took it out and re plugged it in and its now recognising it.
