fighting a cold

I am fighting a cold right now and I was wondering if I could add something to my water chamber to help fight it like some type of nasal decongestion what else can I put into the water chamber

Go to the drug store pharmacy, have the druggist sell you his finest bottles Distilled H2O, add that into the HH, don't dilute it with water, use it straight.

You will feel better quicker than you can say, penicillin shot. Jim

Depending on your congestion, varying your Heated Humidity may help. Some people need more and some need less.
I'm in the "less is more" column. Cool, "passover" humidity helps me breathe better.
