That looks better. Was that the elbow again around 23:15? Looks like it woke you up.
I agree with you and JDS about the meds needing review. Many can cause unwanted side effects such as disturbed sleep and abnormal sleep architecture. With these meds, one has to be on guard against augmentation as well. Augmentation is a process whereby the drug actually causes the condition (RLS) to worsen. I would think it possible to find oneself in the position of having to take one drug just to offset the effects of another.
BTW in my opinion, having to be at the "max dose" of anything should be cause for concern.

Not the elbow I know I had to lift the mask off my face several time to scratch my nose and then re-position. Yep very familiar with augmentation that is why I am talking to my doctor. If he cannot see that and is not willing to look at other alternatives for the RLS treatment then I will purse another doctor there is one about 2 hours from me that comes highly recommended from the RLS forum. Would be worth the extra drive to get some results with out all the heavy meds.

As for the Mask I just believe that is has to be that tight to get the seal. I mean when I run my fingers along the head gear at the bottom. I feel how stretched it is and that is the uncomfortable part. the mask is not uncomfortable I actually love the mask.

I would be happy with last night's leak results as long as they didn't wake me up a whole bunch.
I don't get in a panic over short lived infrequent excursions in to large leak territory as long as my sleep isn't disturbed too much by them.

No distribuance except for nose itch and just readjustment after scratching but that is not bad. I felt better today than most days so I will take that as progress
