What machine are you using?
What was your official diagnosis? Plain obstructive sleep apnea? Complex Sleep Apnea (that's where there is a mixture of obstructive and central events). Or Central Sleep Apnea?
Were you for sure asleep during all that clustering of centrals?
When you do your screen shots can you do more than just the graphs please? We need the stuff on the left side of the detailed report too.
Read this thread as it has examples of the format we like to see the report images in.

Those are mainly centrals and when sleep apnea is worse in REM it's usually obstructive apneas or hyponeas that are worse because in REM the airway tends to collapse easier. Centrals are not normally what we blame REM on.

I had the same problem when I first started on CPAP. I was diagnosed with obstructive apnea, but CPAP itself caused a TON of CAs for me. The solution was to switch to a BiPAP. It has something to do with exhaling against a higher pressure. The BiPap allows the exhalation pressure to be lower, which decreases the incidence of CAs. I haven't had a CA since I switched. I still feel like crap, but no CAs.
