4.23 hours last night!!!!

That is the longest I have EVER been able to wear the mask - although the hours weren't consistent. For the first time I was able to get it back on after taking it off.

But, it's also the worst night of sleep I've ever had since starting this and I feel like crap this morning. Something just isn't right.

What does SleepyHead say (presuming you've downloaded it) or does your machine not work with it?

Have you tried using a different mask? Can you list your machine settings?
