ResScan 30 Day Compliance Report - Date Range

Post by Reuven Gruber » Mon Aug 17, 2015 12:51 pm

I have loaded 11 months of data. When I ask for a 30 day compliance report it uses the oldest 30 days of data.I want to use the newest 30 days. How do I do this?

Most of the reports are based on what's entered (viewing range) under the Statistics Tab. You can enter manually or through the browser date tree on the left. Oops, I see mine (ResScan 5.4) does the same thing, goes back to 2008 for the 30 day Compliance Report. Apparently, that is hard wired in as the first 30 days. You can generate a 30 day (or other periods as desired) "Usage Compliance" report by selecting 30 days under the Statistical Tab and then generating it under the Report menu by selecting "Usage Compliance" type of report.

Jay

I am running version 5.1.0.8731 of ResScan and I do not have a report menu. I can either press the report Icon or chose report from the view menu. When I do either of these the report is generated with the old data not the current data that I selected for the statistics report.

Perhaps I need to get version 5.4. Do you know where I can get 5.4?

I don't think you need a new version.
Open ResScan/Open Patient
Select Review Data.
Under Statistics, select "30 Days" in the viewing range drop down. Don't select "30 day Compliance Period"
At the top Ribbon, select the "Report" icon.
In the drop down on the Report Page, next to "Select Report", choose "Usage Compliance" (its the last one in the list)
Do not choose "30 day compliance report" anywhere
All the reports are generated based on what is entered on the Statistics Page, so it's important to select that first.

OK, if you select "30 day compliance" in the reports menu, it will reset the Statistics Page. So, change that to "Usage Compliance" and then go back and change the Statistic Page, then go back to the report page and you should be set.

Good, that 30 day compliance report sets up a little loop that I hadn't noticed before. Glad you got it, Reuven.
