Thanks. Only two nights, but . . .

I posted here a couple of days ago about hypopnea events and the corresponding AHI and poor sleep. Typically if I'm over 15 events, I don't sleep well. First night was 5 events and last night was 2 events.

One of the suggestions was that my low end pressure was too low.

Increased it by 0.5. I know it's only two days, but the first night was 0.95 and last night was 0.87. I don't know if I've ever had an AHI under 0.9 since I got my machine last September.

Also changed the machine and turned the ramp function back on for a 5 minute duration.

Fingers crossed that the majority of nights continue this way.

Thanks again.

it's much better if you keep things to a single thread, because many people can't be bothered to search out the old ones to find out what's happened before so they can offer you better advice.
make it easy on those you're asking to help you.

If it were me, I think that I'd try raising the minimum pressure a bit more, after leaving it where it is now for a full week to get a better feel for the effects of your initial change.

But that's just me, I like to try stuff to see what happens, and back off if it doesn't help in terms of comfort, or how I feel during the day. Just to get a feel for where the optimum point might be at the current time. These things (optimums) can change over time. Pays to keep an eye on your data when you're changing things, like you're doing. But data isn't everything, there's also how you feel.

Thanks. I'll try that.

Chicken soup. If it feels wrong and doesn't work, I can always go back.
