Just in case you have had any other CPAP machine, did you make sure to plug in the 2 cords that come with the A10? I was told I could not use the wall plug and cord from my PR System One with the A10's cord that is closest to the machine.

Just a shot in the dark. If you transferred over the same cord (2 pieces) with the A10, then I have no clue, unless there is an of/off switch on the cord part this closest to the machine?
