AHI staying below 4, but desats below 90 most nights

Well that escalated quickly.

As for me, I had my dear husband come and drive me to the dr. On the way there, he mentioned that I have been "not breathing" a lot at night again lately which I had him clarify and he said he means no snoring, and no effort to breath, just laying still, and occasionally turning blue until he can finally wake me (yeah, it rattles him a lot). I asked that he tell the dr too. So now I have a referral to go see a cardiologist for my day time issues (near syncope episodes) and I get to arrange yet another sleep study for the night time stuff.

this is not correct. *flex does not vary pressures the way that EPR does, and the amount of pressure relief varies depending on how heavy your breathing is, UP TO 2cm.

Turning blue seems to confirm the oximeter readings...

Your heart is supposed to kick in to speed things up in an effort to restore oxygen levels and bring things back to normal. Turning blue is not in the normal mix of things. It is a good thing you are going to visit with your doctor.

In this case pink is much better than blue.
