I have downloaded my info to Sleepyhead on iMac. I have tried screen shot, command shift 3, but if it's copied I don't know where it is. Please help. I want to post it so those of you who can read it and tell something from it can help! Thanks!

Have you gone into Finder, then the hard drive and searched for it?

Normally the Mac puts those screenshots right on your desktop. In the main Mac menu, to the right of the apple and "Finder" is "File" -- in the pulldown menu under "File" select "Find" and type "screenshot" in the search box. Mac should show you where any file with "screenshot" in the name is located.

I promise not to be a pest once I get the hang of this. I have the screen shot. Of course it doesn't include all charts. Is there a best way to arrange them? How do I now transfer the screen shot image to this board?

Here is a good link to help you learn how to post the images. https://sleep.tnet.com/reference/tips/imgur

lol, you'd have to try much harder to earn the title of "pest"

One of the forum members has prepared a tutorial on posting SleepyHead screenshots. Scroll down on the page to see sample reports with the graphs we want to see: https://sleep.tnet.com/reference/tips/imgur . You'll also see guidelines for how to get your image posted here using an online photo sharing site -- imgur is a favorite and I also use Photobucket easily.

You're almost there.

I have the image in imgur. All the way to the last step. Now how does it go to the forum? Do I publish to imgur, or somehow send it to this forum?

I've selected the size and the BBC code. There should be a link I think, but I don't see it.

Copy the Linked BB Code into your post. I think that will do it.

You did good posting your shot. Next time you might want to turn off the calender. It just takes up space. I'm sure others will have suggestions.
Do you have a copy of your sleep study? If not you should get it and find out what it reported.

There is a lot of room for improvement and I'm not sure why your doctor has not made changes in the year you have been on the machine.
Do you have other heart or lung problems? Your machine is flagging CSR which could be CSR or Periodic Breathing. If you could zoom in on the flow rate by clicking on an area that is flagged as CSR so we can see a close up then post that screenshot.

Your leak rates look good. What I don't understand is why your machine is not raising the pressure higher since your settings are 5 to 18 but your 95% rate is 11.90.
Others may have a better idea how to help and I'm sure they will post soon.

Do you think putting Please in front of your commands excuses them? I can only imagine what kind of home life (if one) you have!
People recite findings when they can not embed in a post.

It was a request.

Stop acting like an idiot, Julie! You are wasting bandwidth. Get a life.

OkyDoky, I do have Atrial fibrillation and chronic bronchitis. The bronchitis is currently under control. I'm unsure of how to enlarge just the one part of the chart?
