Where can I sell my Vpap machine?

I hope that this question is acceptable for this site but I have a ResMed VPAP III that does not look like it's ever been used and I would like to sell it. I also have 3 ResMed H4i humidifiers brand new in the box. Could someone give me an idea on where I could sell them?

ebay, in the U.S. at least, does not allow the selling of anything that requires a prescription. They used to, but stopped it many years ago.

Some people work around it with stuff like masks by including "extra parts" - until they close that loophole.

I just did a search and only saw sanitizers, hoses, mask parts, water tanks, etc. Maybe it's different in canada.
