Anyone have experience with Neupro?

There were threads from a few years ago in which RLS sufferers here were excited for Neupro, but not clear whether anyone has since been able to use it.

My neurologist suspects that I either have some variant of Parkinson's or a motor neuron disease (let's all pray it's not ALS ). He wants me to try Neupro and see if it helps, as part of his differential diagnosis. So I'm curious whether anyone here has used it, whether for RLS or Parkinson's, and if there is anything to watch out for while on it (i.e., are the side effects they list for real, and are they common?); any advice on where it's best to put the patches, etc.

I'm hopeful that it helps with the PLMS that might be arousing me, although the neurologist (and his sleep specialist colleague) says they're not.... I can always hope to get better sleep out of it, right?
