I love my Aircurve ASV! I did have the S9 Adapt as well. Both do the same job. My case was a tad extreme as on a reg cpap my ahi was still in the 50-60 ahi range due to the centrals. With the ASV I gotten it down to the single digits.

Pugsy - My new supplier is going to try and get me a new machine even though there is nothing wrong with mine - over the next few months once the new year kicks in, Ill let you know and give you first dips as you have been such a help to my health / getting the right machine and DR in the first place. Its pretty nice - I do not notice any difference in the algorithm as well they are both Remed's, it does have a few more bells and whistles - the myair app is pretty nice. Slightly smaller water bin on the newer one in my opinion, but I find I dont even need to use my humidity feature at all like it did with my Adapt. I do like them equally I would say

Re: ASV users RESMED aircurv 10 asv vs S9 Adapt
sorry it took so lon g to get back, computer died,
I also lost this reply twice so I will keep it short.
I was on the aircurve asv for a year. My ahi was 2-3 acceptable, but I had a 0 on the RESMED VPAP ADAPT (older machine)
I stuck with the aircurve because I had left the VPAP ADAPT in Texas, when I thought I was making a short trip to Alaska to help my daughter. I have been in Anchorage Alaska for two years now.
I recently made a trip back to Dallas and picked up the adapt. I am again back at 0 for my ahi but the aegr...... is worse.
It has been a while since I adjusted any settings, so I may try to see if I can lower the pressure a little. But I think that on the VPAP Adapt I was at the lowest startng pressure I could get it.
I lost all of my sleepy head data when the computer died, so I will have to reload sleepy head on the new one and take a look.
My daughter just had the surgery that I originally came up here two years ago. It only took 2 years for everything to settle down.
For now, caring for her is taking ,most of my energy,
I may switch back to the aircurve and see if the trapped air gets better.
But I am currently on some antibotics that is hard on the gut, so I will wait anouther few weeks to let that settle down.
I am rambeling sorry. Going to post this before I loose it again.
